The Un-audited Financial Results for the second quarter/half year ended ended 30th September, 2018. 2. The Limited Review Report for the second quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2018, issued by M/s. S.K. Agrawal & Co., Statutory Auditor of the Company. The above results been reviewed by the Audit Committee and subsequently approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13th November, 2018 which commenced at 3:00 p.m. and concluded at 4:30 p.m.
