Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday, 13th August, 2018 commenced at 3 p.m. and concluded at 4:50 p.m., have amongst other items of agenda, considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018, in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
