Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018. Pursuant to applicable SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from 1700 hours of 27th December, 2018 to 1600 hours of 14th January, 2019 for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Bank.
