Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please be informed that the Board of the Bank will meet on Thursday 26th July, 2018; inter-alia, to consider and approve the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank will remain closed from 1600 hours of 18th July, 2018 to 1600 hours of 28th July, 2018 for the Directors & Designated Employees of the Bank.
