Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith copy of the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2018. The Results were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 12th January, 2019 at Jammu. The meeting ended at 8:15 P.M.
