Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith copy of the Reviewed Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. The Results were taken on record by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 26th July, 2018 at Srinagar. The meeting ended at 2:15 P.M.
