Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their Board Meeting held today has interalia: considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Accordingly, pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we enclose herewith aforesaid Results along with Limited Review Report. A copy of the above is uploaded in the Companys website www.jaykayenterprises.com. The meeting commenced at 2.00 PM and concluded at 2.45 P.M. Kindly take a note of the same and inform the Members accordingly.
