Jaypee Infratech Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Jaypee Infratech Limited is under CIRP & IRP is performing the functions as mentioned under IBC, 2016. As per Regulation 29 of LODR, this is to inform that un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter & nine months ended 31st December, 2018 will be considered and disseminated on 11th February, 2019. Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed from 4th February, 2019, 5.00 p.m. to 13th February, 2019. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the Companys shares/securities.
