Jindal Saw Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 22, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve the following: 1. to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter/year ended March 31, 2019. 2. to approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended March 31, 2019; and 3. to recommend the payment of dividend to the shareholders for the above year. Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results. A copy of notice of closure of trading window as submitted on April 03, 2019 to the Stock Exchanges is attached for information.
