Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the last quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. 3. Recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-19. Further, the window for trading in the equity shares of JM Financial Limited has already been closed and the same shall re-open 48 hours after the above financial results are made public.
