This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. October 30, 2018 has inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018, as recommended by the Audit Committee. The Board Meeting commenced at 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 2.35 p.m. In terms of Regulations 30, 33 and 52 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing a copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results along with a copy of Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The said results along with the Limited Review Report are being uploaded on the website of the Company i.e. www.jmcprojects.com The Certificate from the Debenture Trustee under Regulation 52(4) and 52(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is being sent shortly to BSE Limited.
