This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. January 31, 2019 has inter-alia, approved: 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018, as recommended by the Audit Committee. 2. Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 (PIT Regulations), the Board of Directors of the Company has amended the Code of Fair Disclosure under Regulation 8 of the PIT Regulations and Code of Conduct under Regulation 9 of the PIT Regulations. The amended Codes are effective from April 01, 2019 and shall be made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.jmcprojects.com
