This is with reference to our letter No. JMT/CS/041/2019-20 dated 4th June, 2019 submitted for outcome of the Board Meeting held on 4th June, 2019, declaring the Results for the quarter/year ended 31st March, 2019, we hereby submit the revised Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial results of the Company, with the following revision:- 1. Rearrangement of Net Taxes payable for the year from liability to asset, (since it was refundable tax) in the Annual Consolidated Audited Financial Results. The effect of the rearrangement is visible only in the Net Loss figure in Consolidated Annual Results (Row No.11) 2. There is no other change in any of the figures of the Standalone Quarter/Annual Results and in the Statement of Assets and Liabilities. We are enclosing herewith the Revised Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and the Auditors Report on the aforesaid Audited Results.
