Hitachi Home & Life Solutions (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December, 2018. Further, in view of the aforementioned Board Meeting, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from 19th January, 2019 to 31st January, 2019 (both days inclusive).
