Please note that the extract of aforesaid Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results will be published in the Newspapers, within the stipulated time, pursuant to Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. A declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion under regulation 33(3)(d) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is also enclosed.
