Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. May 15, 2019, inter alia, approved the following matters. A) Financial Statements 1. Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 as per Ind-AS; 2. Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2019 as per Ind-AS; and 3. Auditors Report on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. A copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results, Auditors Report on Financial Results and declaration from Chief Financial Officer, regarding audit report with unmodified opinion, are enclosed herewith
