Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today at 2.30 pm and concluded at 5:45 pm, inter-alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. We enclose the copies of the following: (a) Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018; and (b) Limited Review Report for Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the said period.
