In continuation of our letter dated February 8, 2019 titled Notice of Postal Ballot, we wish to inform you that based on the Postal Ballot Forms received / e-Voting from the members of the Company and as per the Scrutinizers Report dated March 12, 2019, the Special Resolutions set out in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated January 18, 2019, have been declared as passed with the requisite majority, through Postal Ballot (including e-Voting)
