KANSAI NEROLAC PAINTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI PIT Regulations), read with the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from Tuesday, January 15, 2019 to Thursday, January 31, 2019 (both days inclusive). It is clarified that Trading Window of the Company is closed only for the Directors/ Officers/ Designated Employees/ Insiders of the Company as per SEBI PIT Regulations. This is however not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.
