Pursuant to the Regulation 29 (1) a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015, and pursuant to above referred references, we hereby submit the Audited Financial Results for the 4th Quarter & Year ending on 31st March 2019 which were considered, and approved in the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on Thursday, 30th May 2019 at the Registered Office of the Company. Board has considered various possibilities for the growth of the business and has discussed the business extensively and matters at length and due to which the meeting last long and took long time. The Meeting was commenced at 11.00 a.m. on 30th May 2019 and concluded at 06.00 p.m. on 31st May 2019. This is for your information and records.
