Arora, Scrutinizer has submitted consolidated report of postal ballot and e-voting to the Company on 24th November, 2018 and on the basis of this report, the following Resolution contained in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 8th October, 2018 has been passed as Special Resolution: Further Issue of Equity Shares through Preferential Allotment.
