KHANDWALA SECURITIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019. 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the Meeting. Further to our intimation dated April 4, 2019, the trading window has been closed since April 5, 2019 and shall remain closed till the completion of 48 hours of declaration of the Audited Financial Results i.e. 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting i.e. till May 27, 2019 (both days inclusive) for dealing in the securities of the Company for Directors, Officers, Employees, Designated Persons and immediate relatives of any of them.
