With reference to the above mentioned subject, we wish to inform you that the Company has opted to submit standalone as well as consolidated quarterly/year-to-date Financial Results for the financial year 2018-19 to the Stock Exchange/s and this option will not be changed during the year. Further, in compliance with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will publish Consolidated Financial Results alongwith requisite details on standalone basis as a foot note.
