Approved the Ind AS compliant unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018. The unaudited results of the company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 signed by Mr. Vijay Ravindra Kirloskar, Executive Chairman of the company along with Limited Review Report of the statutory auditors are enclosed. 2. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Shyamanta Bardoloi, non executive - non independent director of the company (DIN: 01720375) due to ill health, with effect from the close of office hours on February 13, 2019.
