Please note that the results have been consolidated in respect of voting conducted through e-voting and Postal Ballot Form. We are pleased to inform you that all the Resolutions (Ordinary/Special) set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice dated December 17, 2018 has been passed by the Members of the company with requisite majority.
