Statement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and the year ended 31 March 2019 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date, as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today. 2. Audit Report thereto from Kirtane & Pandit LLP, the Statutory Auditor. 3. Declaration in respect of Audit Report with unmodified opinion. You are requested to take the same on record.
