KIRLOSKAR FERROUS INDUSTRIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2018. It is further informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 21 January 2019 to Saturday, 2 February 2019 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Insiders of the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
