Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; we submit the Statement of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2018 and Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on that date, as approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today and the Report on Limited Review from Kirtane & Pandit LLP, the Statutory Auditors.
