KITEX GARMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve i. to approve and take on record the audited financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standard (Ind AS) for the year ended March 31, 2019; ii. to approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the year ended March 31, 2019; iii. to recommend a final dividend, if any, on the equity shares for the financial year ending March 31, 2019 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 27th Annual General Meeting.
