KITEX GARMENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/11/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Reg 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, November 5, 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider and take on record the Un-Audited financial results of the Company for the Quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018. It is further informed that as per Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed with effect from October 26, 2018 and it shall remain closed until 48 hours after announcement of said results. The same has been communicated to all connected and/ or Designated Persons.
