Copy of the un-audited financial results along with the Limited Review Report furnished by the Auditors of the Company is enclosed herewith for your reference and record. We are also enclosing herewith a copy of the presentation to analysts/ investors on financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. The Board meeting commenced at 11:30 A.M. and concluded at 4:10 P.M. Please take the above on record and acknowledge the receipt.
