KPIT Technologies Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 15/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, at 01.15 p.m., at Pune, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2018. Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, January 5, 2019, up to Thursday, January 17, 2019 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading.
