This has reference to our communication dated 19.12.2018 in respect of initiation of corporate insolvency resolution process (CIRP) under the provisions of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) in respect of Kwality Limited vide order dated 11.12.2018 passed by Honble National Company Law Tribunal New Delhi (NCLT). Pursuant to such order and communication thereof on 18.12.2018, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stood suspended and are being exercised by the Interim Resolution Professional appointed by the Honble NCLT in terms of the provisions of the IBC.
