LAKSHMI MILLS COMPANY LTD.-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2018 along with other businessess.the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from 06.02.2019 to 12.02.2019 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from 13th February, 2019.
