LGB FORGE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/04/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 30th day of April, 2019 to inter-alia consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter / year ended 31st March 2019. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all connected persons (as defined in the code) from Thursday the 04th day of April 2019 till 48 hours after results are made public on 30th April 2019
