LGB FORGE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (LODR), Regulations 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, the 31st day of January, 2019 to inter-alia consider and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 31st December 2018. In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all connected persons (as defined in the code) from Saturday, the 19th January, 2019 till 48 hours after results are made public on 31st January, 2019.
