This to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 31st day of July, 2018 to inter-alia consider and take on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended 30th June, 2018. We hereby inform that the Company will submit quarterly/year to date Standalone Financial Results during the financial year 2018-2019 as per Regulation 33 (3)(b)(i) of the SEBI [Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements] Regulations, 2015 In terms of the Code of Insider Trading Regulations of the Company, it is hereby communicated that the TRADING WINDOW for dealing in the Companys Securities shall remain closed from Monday, 16th July, 2018 till 48 hours after results are made public on 31st July, 2018, for all the directors/officers/designated employees of the Company.
