Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 44 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the resolutions contained in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated 30th August 2018 seeking the consent of the members for the resolutions set out in the Postal Notice dated 30th August 2018 have been passed with requisite majority. The Company had appointed Mr. M D Selvaraj of M/s. MDS & Associates, Company Secretaries, Coimbatore, as Scrutinizer to scrutinize the postal ballot and remote e-voting process. The Scrutinizer has submitted his report and the results was declared on Tuesday the 23rd October 2018 at the Registered Office of the Company. The results of the postal ballot as per format provided under Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, along with Scrutinizers Report is attached herewith as Annexure. The results of the Postal Ballot has also been hosted on the website of the Company (www. www.lgb.co.in.) and service providers website ( https://www.evotingindia.com)
