Pursuant to Reg 33 & Reg 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (LODR) Reg, 2015 (LODR"), we hereby inform the Exchange that the BOD of the Company at its meeting held on 20/07/18 has, inter alia, approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended 30/06/18. in accordance with Reg 33(3)(b) of the LODR, the Company has opted to submit, in addition to the Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results of the Company to the Exchanges. Accordingly, please find enclosed Unaudited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) set out in compliance with IND AS for the quarter ended 30/06/18 along with Limited Review Report of Statutory Auditors and Press Release. Also, with Reg 47(1)(b) of the Listing Regulations, the Company would be publishing the Unaudited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 in the newspapers. The Board Meeting commenced at 11:45 a.m. and concluded at 4:00 p.m.
