Pursuant to Reg 33, 52 and 30 SEBI LODR, we hereby inform the Exchange that Board at its meeting held on April 28, 2019 has approved Audited Financial Results (Consolidated & Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, Board has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per Equity Share (FV Rs.10 each). Further, in accordance with Reg 33(3)(b), Company has submitted, in addition to Standalone Financial Results, Consolidated Financial Results to the Exchanges. Accordingly, please find enclosed Audited Financial Results for the quarter & financial year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Auditors Report of Statutory Auditors, declaration regarding Auditor Reports with unmodified opinion & Press Release. Also, in accordance with Regulation 47(1)(b)of the Company would be publishing the Audited Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019 in the newspapers. The Board Meeting commenced at 1.00pm and concluded at 4.15pm
