Dear Sirs, We would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e May 3,2019, have approved and taken on record the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. The Board Meeting commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m. Accordingly, we attach herewith the following financial results approved by the Board of Directors. 1. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019 along with the Auditors Report thereon. The Audit Reports were issued with unmodified opinion of the financial Statements. 2. Press Release and Investor Release w.r.t. Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
