The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, have approved and taken on record the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended Sept 30, 2018.The Board Meeting was commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.15 p.m. Attach herewith: 1.Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended Sep 30, 2018 2.Press Release and Investor Release w.r.t. Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. Interim Dividend: The Board of Directors have also declared an Interim Dividend of Rs 7.50 per equity share. The Interim Dividend shall be paid to equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members or in the records of the Depositories as Beneficial Owners of Equity shares as on Friday, Nov 2, 2018 which is the Record Date fixed for the aforesaid purpose. The Interim Dividend will be paid/dispatched on or before Nov 17, 2018
