We would like to inform that pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. July 23, 2018, have approved and taken on record the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter ended June 30, 2018, along with the Limited Review Reports thereon issued by our Statutory Auditors, Sharp & Tannan, Chartered Accountants. The Board Meeting was commenced at 2.00 p.m. and concluded at 3.50p.m. Accordingly, we attach herewith the following approved by the Board: 1.Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon. 2.Press Release and Investor Release w.r.t. Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018.
