Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st December, 2018 duly approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 20th February, 2019 together with report of Statutory Auditors thereon; ii. Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st December, 2018 duly approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 20th February, 2019 together with report of Statutory Auditors thereon; iii. Declaration to the effect that the said Audit Reports issued by Statutory Auditors in respect of Standalone and Consolidated audited Financial Results are unmodified.
