Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30th June, 2018 were duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 18th July, 2018, please find enclosed the same along with Limited Review Report by Statutory Auditors.
