This is with reference to our letter bearing number MHRIL/SE/19-20/13 dated 15th May, 2019 submitted for the outcome of Board Meeting of the company held on 15 May, 2019. We have noticed some inadvertent printing errors, as enclosed herewith. Financial results remain the same, and there is no other change in the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 and Statements of Assets and Liabilities as on that date as submitted earlier. The XBRL filing made by the Company on 16 May 2019 is correct. We are enclosing herewith the following: 1.Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31 March, 2019 along with the Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on that date. 2.Auditors Report received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results. Kindly take the above on your record.
