The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, Feb 06, 2019, inter alia, has considered and approved the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 as recommended by the Audit Committee at its meeting held today, Feb 06, 2019. We attach herewith copy of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereon.
