The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company together with notes to the financial statements for the quarter/nine months ended 31st December, 2018 and took on record the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors there on. The Board Meeting started at 4:00 PM and concluded at 6:00 PM.
