Pursuant to the provisions under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today have approved the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company together with notes to the financial statement for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2018 and took on record the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors there on. Time of commencement of Board Meeting: 5:00 PM Time of conclusion of the Board Meeting: 6: 30 PM A copy of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/half year ended 30th September, 2018 together with notes on financial statement and Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditors there on are enclosed herewith
