Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, inter-alia, to consider the following matters:- 1.To consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 along with the limited review report of the statutory auditors thereon for the corresponding period. 2.Any other matters with the consent of the Chairman.
